Yes! You can choose your nanny and will receive several bios and profiles that will include references and all pertinent information. Phone or video calls with any nanny you want are made available. Long term hires for your family will have the option for an in person face to face interview.
We conduct group training before placements are made and have unannounced oversight visits to ensure that everything is going well during the service before giving any employee to a family or home owner.
No. We never charge a service fee or membership fee. The long term family is required to make an advanced deposit of one week pay to maintain long term placement status. The fee will be returned upon ending long term placement.
The agency will handle any and all dispute matters regarding the nanny. We handle everything from the schedule conflicts and all disputes directly thru the agency. You will never be asked to handle a disagreement with the nanny. You are our client always.
In the event, a nanny is unable to make it we have daily on call staff available, so you will always be insured to have a nanny when needed.
The agency will handle all payment, taxes, and any costs associated with the service. You will receive a weekly invoice with several options of how you would like to pay.
